This event is open to artists that create their own original fine artwork. We cannot offer space for vendors reselling commercially purchased artwork and gifts. All applications will be reviewed before final acceptance. *Each booth will be10’ x 10’ square, indoors, and additional lighting is recommended. *All booths must be set up and ready 30 minutes before the event opens at 10am. *Artists may not begin tearing down their booths until after closing time of the event. Failure to follow these rules will be cause for not being invited to any future FSVAA events. The FSVAA has a limited amount of display screens available for rent at $6 each. Screens dimensions are approximately 32” wide by 6’ high. Three screens equal one full side of a booth. Artist is responsible for returning the screens to a predetermined location at the end of the event. There are also a limited number of lights available for rent at $3.00 each. Booth Fees: Member $60, Non-member $75---$20 discount with an art demonstration. Shared booths $45 per artist (2 artists Max, no demo discounts) Demonstration can be Free or a fee may be charged to cover cost. Discounts will be given after your demonstration is approved. Insurance Waiver The artit find the FSVAA, it's staff, members, officers, and directors harmless for any and all losses or damage which may result to their property while in the care, custody, and control of FSVAA. Nevertheless, the Galleries will exercise great care in handling your artwork while in our possession.
